Generally potential civil litigation clients are seen by referral. I value long-term associations. I work to obtain an early understanding of the facts and law about the case. I then look at pragmatic alternatives to solve problems. I believe reasonable legal expenses should be part of a thriving business, as opposed to high legal expenses being a drag on the company.
Where cases must be litigated, including going trial, I strive to work in an efficient and effective manner. For example when thousands of documents are involved, I’ll have them scanned and Bates stamped for ease of use.
I have had foreign companies served via The Hague Convention and a successful published appellate opinion regarding minimum contacts. (

I’ve also handled cases involving contract disputes, wrongful termination, fax blasting, sexual abuse, personal injury actions including those involving reconstruction experts, fraudulent transfers of business assets, exceptions to discharge of debts in bankruptcy proceedings and cases involving insurance companies.
